Terms & Conditions

1. Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. The registration form and payment must reach the College before 03 DEC 2010 in order to facilitate administrative matters.
   
3. RM30 (per pax) payable by cheque or postal order to "Equator Academy of Art",
   
4. Mail your registration form to: Equator Academy of Art, 7 Leith Street, 10200 George Town, Penang, Malaysia.
   
5. FREE Designer's T-shirt and lunch provided.
   
6. Online application will only be accepted upon receipt of RM30 registration fee.
   
7. There will be no refunds for cancellations or non-attendance. However, a substitute or replacement participant will be considered. Please inform the College of such changes immediately.
